About this class
In this workshop, you will learn the basics of pattern construction for pants. The aim is to create an individual basic cut that serves as a basis for various models of pants.
This gives you the basis for perfectly fitting pants, which serve as a starting point for all cuts of your dream pants.

What to bring to the class
Please bring something to eat for the break. Restaurants, bakeries and fast food outlets are also nearby.
What is included in the class?
You will receive extensive cutting and sewing information and have access to an extensive specialist library and cutting books.
The use of sewing machines and tools as well as paper, nettle, sewing thread and haberdashery are included in the course.
Water, coffee and tea are offered on a donation basis.

What you’ll do in the class
After the greeting, I will introduce you to the basic construction of pants.
We take the necessary body measurements, create the basic construction on paper and make a fit model to check the basic cut.
During the fitting process, we make changes together and transfer them to the cut and fit model.
Who is the class suitable for?
For beginners and advanced users. Basic knowledge of the sewing machine is an advantage in order to make the perfect model. As an experienced course instructor, I will assist you with the preparation.
